Delivery
Where we deliver
We currently deliver across the UK.
Delivery times
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days.
Standard delivery usually arrives within 3–5 working days from dispatch.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Please note: during busy periods or product launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer. If that’s the case, we’ll make it clear at checkout.
Gift orders
All Grover & Co boxes arrive ready to gift, so there’s no need for additional wrapping.
Returns
We hope you’re delighted with your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.
Change of mind
If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided:

The box is unused and unopened

All items are in their original condition

The return is requested within 14 days
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Important Notes

Due to the nature of our products, individual items cannot be returned separately — returns apply to the full box only.

For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, food or personal care items cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, email hello@groverandco.co.uk with your order number and details.
We aim to respond within 1–2 working days.

Every Grover & Co box is packed by hand and checked before it leaves us.
